Michael Wurster is Manager for product and process development in Europe for Magna Exteriors. In that role, he works with automakers, materials suppliers, technology vendors and across Magna to find and implement innovative solutions for the development and manufacture of vehicle exteriors. He joined Magna Exteriors in 2015 as CAE Product Engineer, focused on process and product optimization. In that role, he gained invaluable experience working on serial production projects, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Michael Wurster has a degree in plastic engineering (B.Eng.) from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart, Germany.
