Until 2015, Felix Behnisch studied mechanical engineering (Master of Science) with the specializations in Lightweight Design and Material Science at the Karlsruher Institute of Technology KIT.

From 2015 to 2022, he has been working at Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical Technology ICT in the field of Polymer Engineering, as a scientist engineer in the group of High Performance Composites and finished his PhD in 2022.

Since 2022, Felix Behnisch is working at Röchling Automotive in the global function as Product Portfolio Manager for Structural Lightweight.
