He studied Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Material Science, followed by doctorates in chemical process engineering and in the field of system theory. Konrad held various positions in the automotive, materials engineering and automation technology industries. He has been with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions for almost 17 years and has been in various leadership positions in Quality, Engineering and now in R&D. He also holds the position of Chief Sustainability Officer.
