Chris Brandt is VP Software at BMW Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in software development. In that time he has worked as software developer and engineering manager at a number of VC backed startups – since 1995 as CTO and member of the board of APSIS Software AG, conject AG and hetras GmbH.

He joined BMW in 2013, initially in charge of infotainment domains Communication, Entertainment and Ecosystems and is now responsible for central software platforms, tooling and operations.
